In 1995 Andy Lamb opened the first mountain bike hire business in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Since then Andy’s business, Wales Outdoors, has grown and morphed and now Wales Outdoors is the most active and most popular guided walks and adventure travel provider in Wales.
Andy has been a volunteer co-ordinator, guided walks programme organiser and part time central area warden for the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, chair of Brecon Beacons Tourism, a Duke of Edinburghs area co-ordinator, a Princes Trust social inclusion manager, the catalyst for the Brecon Beacons National Park Environment Charter and a key motivator for the inception of the outdoor activity peer group, SWOAPG. Wales Outdoors operate a safe, friendly and client orientated business that is actively pursuing innovative approaches to fun and educational outdoor provision.

We're Back! Yes, from the 31st March we will be delivering walks in Wales. We have a vibrant, varied and highly valued programme of walks from a short three hour introduction through to an eighteen hour challenge! Dip your toes with a four waterfalls walk to a sunset on Pen y Fan and get to know some of the regulars and leaders. You'll be browsing our calendar and walking with us for health and wellbeing on a regular basis, we're sure of that :) Go Get Your Walk On!
